I was in search of a VPS provider that supported HyperVM as I really like how it works and my current VPS provider that had HyperVM wasn't cutting it. I came across Server Complete in November 2008. As the months went by I opened up a few support tickets and the response was very fast, prompt and to the point. As more time went by Server Complete has continually updated the Client Support area that makes it very easy to mange things from the Status of the Hardware node and VPS Node to changing the Reverse DNS without the need to open a support ticket like with most web hosts. Server Complete is always listening to their customers on ways to improve things along with adding new features to their Client Support area that make Server Complete one of the top web hosts out there.

I have been using Sever Complete's services for over 8 months and during that time, I had the chance to observe the company's dedication towards their customers.
